DRIVE-THRU TESTING

REGISTRATION: Registration Form
- No charge for school districts, unions, public entities or private employers.
- All costs are covered through insurance or the Federal CARES Act. No charge to the patient.
- Insurance is requested and patients must bring identification to be tested. If a person doesn't have insurance or are undocumented, they will still be tested.
- Our program tests for Covid-19. CDC guidelines are strictly enforced.
- Results will be available within 2-3 days via an online portal.
