HHN School Wellness Survey

We are requesting that the attached survey be filled out by a parent or a student to help us better support the individual needs of each student. Mentors will check in with students regularly to check on academics, well-being, and offer a connection to the happenings at NORTHSTAR NATION.

 

We are asking for all parents and/or students to fill out a survey for each child that attends Nottingham. NORTHSTAR NATION is committed to our students, families and communities and look forward to a great school year.
