• Coping with Anger

    Anger can be a difficult emotion for both kids and adults to handle. However, we're in controlling of making sure we handle it in healthy ways for ourselves and others. We have to remember:

    • Anger is a feeling that we all experience.
    • Like all emotions, it isn't good or bad.
    • How we handle it can make it healthy or not healthy.

    D- Distance

    E- Express Yourself

    Remember that although these are simple ideas, they must be PRACTICED, in order to be the most helpful.

    You may notice that B-E are all coping skills!
