Coping with Anger
Anger can be a difficult emotion for both kids and adults to handle. However, we're in controlling of making sure we handle it in healthy ways for ourselves and others. We have to remember:
- Anger is a feeling that we all experience.
- Like all emotions, it isn't good or bad.
- How we handle it can make it healthy or not healthy.
