It is important for us to recognize how we feel so that we can handle our emotions in the most healthy way for ourselves and the world around us.
Sometimes when a feeling is very strong, it's hard for us to label. Use these charts to help start the process of identifying your feelings. Identifying our feelings is the first step towards handling them in healthy ways.
